Human And Nature Development Society (HANDS) stands as a beacon of hope and transformation since its inception in 7 July  2011. Rooted in the ethos of nurturing both humanity and nature, this non-governmental organization (NGO) has embarked on a journey of holistic development, touching lives and landscapes across diverse realms. At the heart of HANDS' mission lies a commitment to fostering sustainable growth, where human welfare and environmental stewardship intertwine harmoniously along with socio economic development by providing micro credit to the needy, disadvantaged and helpless people of our society.

From its earliest days, HANDS has been a catalyst for change, channelling resources towards initiatives that empower individuals and communities. Through its philanthropic endeavours, the organization has extended a helping hand to those in need, offering donations, housing loans, educational support, and more. By addressing funds for basic needs such as shelter, education, and financial assistance, HANDS lays the groundwork for a brighter future, one where every person has the opportunity to thrive.

To address the gap and contribute towards the society HANDS has initiated ‘’Skill Development Programme’’. The ultimate goal is developing skilled human resources through quality training and offering sustainable options to the society

HANDS provide various training such as housekeeping attendant, hand embroidery, hair stylist, sewing machine operator, fire safety management, computer training, food and hygiene management etc. in regard to uplift the life of people in rural areas and give them an opportunity to  make their own way towards a better life.

Education stands as a cornerstone of HANDS' efforts, viewed not only as a means of empowerment but also as a pathway to sustainable development. Through free training sessions in IT-related courses and vocational skills, the organization equips individuals with the tools they need to succeed in an ever-evolving world.
